All those seeking Confirmation must...

• be 15 years or older
• have already received both Baptism and Holy Communion be an active parishioner at St. Jude
• be regularly involved in a ministry (see ministry list here)
• attend Mass every Sunday/Saturday night and Holy Day of Obligation
• attend all Confirmation sessions as listed and actively participate
• complete an entrance and exit interview
• be present at both the Confirmation Mass and Rehearsal (dates to be determined)
• have all necessary documentation, as listed below, turned in at the time of scheduled interview

Starting your Confirmation Journey

Please plan to bring the following items to your interview.

• Baptism Certificate
• Holy Communion Certificate
• Completed Sponsor/Godparent Form and Certificates below. (all can be completed and uploaded here)
• Baptism Certificate
• Holy Communion Certificate
• Confirmation Certificate
• Catholic Marriage Certificate (if married)
• Letter of Good Standing (if a member of a different parish)
• If your sponsor is a member at St. Jude, please just provide us with their Parishioner ID number and Registration Date. They can call the Parish Office if they cannot locate this information.
